Arms DSM board in Master mode.

Notes
This function only arms the board in Master Continous and Master Burst modes. It will not arm the board in Slave mode. To arm the board in Slave mode, use the slave_mode property. Please note that Slave mode is only available if you have purchased the multi-module option.
