New changes to GUI version 2.2:

• Added new toolstrip near top of application window.
• Added function keys to frequently used actions: Restart (F1), Arm (F2), and Stop (F3).
• Added new "Reload" button to User Defined File.
• Added new phase reset by memory feature. New phase reset section added to the Waveform window.
• New .uwf file formatting options. Phase reset and markers can now be controlled on a point-by-point basis.
• Users should change the 3.3 V power supply to 3.0 V if they want to use the phase reset option.
